According to the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the user agrees that the personal data provided at the time of their reservation will be incorporated into a file owned by Tejera 2020 S.L., hereinafter the company, with B-92431873 and registered office at Calle Cristo 12 29700 Velez-Malaga, for the management of the reservation system, the processing of their request, the control and management of the relationship with the users of the website making reservations, as well as for conducting statistical studies of the registered users on the aforementioned website to design improvements in the services provided. All fields in the forms marked as mandatory must be completed for the correct processing of your requests. The personal data provided will only be disclosed to third parties in compliance with legal obligations or with your prior consent. The user expressly consents to the use of the bank details provided to cover possible penalties for cancellations or non-appearance established in the rate conditions. The processing of your reservations necessarily implies the processing mentioned above, so the process cannot be carried out in case of opposition to it. You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition as indicated below.

Accuracy of Data

The user will be responsible, in any case, for the accuracy of the data provided, reserving the company the right to exclude from registered services any user who has provided false information, without prejudice to other actions that may be taken under the law. Likewise, the user must be duly authorized to provide third party data. Only if they have the consent of the future hotel guests, the user may include their names in the Room Distribution section. This information, which will allow the chosen Hotel to provide better service to its guests, is optional, so its inclusion by the user implies, under their sole responsibility, the obligation to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to offering personal information.

Data Processing in Navigation

In accordance with the obligation provided for in art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of text information that websites transfer to the hard drives of the devices that connect to them. We use session cookies to identify the user and maintain their identification status. Session cookies are automatically deleted from the hard drive when the session ends. We also use the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool allows us to publish on the Google Adwords content network (more details about the Google content network here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2404190), ads based on previous visits by users to our website. For this, some pages of our website include a code called "remarketing tag". These tags allow to read and configure the cookies of your browser in order to determine the specific type of advertisement that will be shown to the user, based on elements related to their visit to our website, such as the chosen navigation circuit, the specific pages visited or the actions taken in them. The remarketing lists created in this way are stored in a database on Google's servers, where all ID cookies associated with each list or interest category are stored. Regarding the company, this information can only be associated with a specific user if said user is identified on the website, for example by having completed a reservation process. In this case, the data obtained will be communicated to the company for commercial prospecting purposes and segmentation of website users in order to design commercial campaigns according to the interests shown during browsing, with the data being incorporated into a file of said entity for the purposes indicated. Hotel Liability

Access to the website does not imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal only provides information about available hotel rooms at the time of requesting the information, so if you make an online reservation, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation made serves as a locator when you go to the hotel.

The reservation of hotel nights on this website implies the adherence and acceptance by the customer of each and every one of the general conditions stated here.

By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:

• To be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
• That the data provided when making the online reservation is true, complete, and concise.
• That only those pages that appear on the website sitemap are included.
• That access to this website is the user's responsibility
• That once the reservation is made, the electronic document in which it is formalized will be filed, and you can access it at any time.
• To confirm the reservation made, that is, the indicated dates, number of rooms, people, and the chosen Hotel.
• The conditions and price of the reservation made are those expressly determined in the rate conditions included on the page where you make the reservation.
• With respect to the relationship with the portal, it offers the possibility to reserve rooms at the chosen hotel through its website, but does not offer any hotel services under its responsibility.
• That your card details are collected to guarantee the reservation. Payment will be made in cash at the chosen hotel, and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows, the reservation will be canceled and the charge set in the rate conditions will be applied.
• The offers are valid only for the time they remain accessible to the service recipients.

Prices

The prices indicated are Public Sale Prices VAT included.

The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and selected regime, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.

The price does not include: Any service not specified in addition to extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc...

Check-in and check-out time: As a general rule, and unless otherwise agreed with the establishment, rooms can be used from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 pm on the day of departure.

Passports and Visas

All travelers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, whether it is a passport or ID card, according to current legislation. When trips require it, travelers will be responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 years of age must have a written authorization signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. If a visa application is rejected by an authority due to particular reasons of the user, or if the user is denied entry into the country for not meeting the required requirements, or for defects in the documentation required, or for not being a carrier of it, the hotel declines all responsibility for events of this nature, and any expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the consumer, applying the conditions and rules established in the event of a no-show in these circumstances.
