Tejera 2020, S.L. are the owners or licensees of all intellectual and industrial property rights of their website, as well as the elements contained therein. Therefore, the reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation of all or part of the content of this website, for commercial purposes, on any support and by any technical means, without the authorization of Tejera 2020, S.L. is expressly prohibited. Trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs are owned by Tejera 2020, S.L. either by industrial or intellectual property, and access to the Portal does not grant any rights over said trademarks, trade names, and/or distinctive signs. All products and services on these pages that are NOT owned by Tejera 2020, S.L. are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are recognized as such by our company. They only appear on the Tejera 2020, S.L websites for promotional and informational purposes. These owners may request the modification or removal of the information that belongs to them.

3. Portal usage conditions

3.1 General The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to Tejera 2020, S.L. or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of the failure to comply with that obligation. The use of the Portal for purposes harmful to the property or interests of Tejera 2020, S.L or third parties, or in any way overloading, damaging, or disabling the networks, servers, and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of Tejera 2020, S.L or third parties, is expressly prohibited. 3.2 Content The User agrees to use the Content in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other conditions, regulations, and instructions that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of clause 1. For purely indicative purposes, the User must refrain from:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the Content, except in cases authorized by law or expressly consented to by Tejera 2020, S.L or by the party holding the exploitation rights, as the case may be.

3.3 Introduction of links to the Portal Internet users who want to introduce links from their own web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below, and the lack of knowledge of these conditions does not exempt them from the responsibilities derived from the Law:

4. Exclusion of liability

4.1 Information Tejera 2020, S.L are not responsible for the decisions made based on the information provided on the Portal or for the damages caused to the User or third parties as a result of actions based solely on the information obtained on the Portal. 4.2 Service quality Access to the Portal does not imply an obligation by Tejera 2020, S.L to control the absence of viruses, worms, or any other harmful computer elements. It is the User's responsibility at all times to have appropriate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs. Tejera 2020, S.L are not responsible for the damages caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service. 4.3 Service availability Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity, and operation is not within the responsibility of Tejera 2020, S.L. Therefore, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, canceled, or rendered inaccessible, either before or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illicit or inappropriate content, they may notify Tejera 2020, S.L in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6, without this communication obligating the removal of the corresponding link. In no case does the existence of Linked Sites presuppose the existence of agreements with the responsible parties or owners of the same, nor the recommendation, promotion, or identification of Tejera 2020, S.L with the statements, content, or services provided. Tejera 2020, S.L are not aware of the content and services of the Linked Sites and therefore are not responsible for damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, error, and uselessness of the content and/or services of the Linked Sites that are not directly attributable to Tejera 2020, S.L.

6. Reporting of illegal and inappropriate activities

In the event that the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that Linked Sites refer to pages whose content or services are illegal, harmful, degrading, violent, or contrary to morals, they may contact Tejera 2020, S.L stating the following details:

1. Personal data of the communicator: name, address, telephone number, and email address;
2. Description of the events that reveal the illicit or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site;
3. In the event of rights violations, such as intellectual and industrial property, the personal data of the infringed rights holder when they are a different person from the communicator.
4. Likewise, they must provide the title proving the legitimacy of the rights holder and, where appropriate, the representation to act on behalf of the rights holder when they are a different person from the communicator;
5. Express statement that the information contained in the claim is accurate.

Receipt by Tejera 2020, S.L of the communication provided for in this clause will not, as stipulated in the LSSI, imply effective knowledge of the activities and/or content indicated by the communicator. They must also submit the title proving the legitimacy of the rights holder and, where appropriate, the representation to act on behalf of the rights holder when they are a different person from the communicator.

All notifications and communications made by the parties will be valid in accordance with the means allowed by law. Those related to this Portal will be considered effective, for all purposes, if made through the Portal itself.

8. Modifications

Tejera 2020, S.L reserve the right to make the modifications they deem appropriate on their website without prior notice, being able to change, delete, or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented. Furthermore, these terms and conditions may change at any time. The modifications will come into effect from the moment of their publication.

Tejera 2020, S.L are present on various social networks and platforms; therefore, when accessing any of these or other networks, it must be taken into account that the applicable conditions of use are those established by each platform, in which Tejera 2020, S.L do not intervene.

10. Legislation

This Legal Notice is governed in all its aspects by Spanish law, and unless the applicable law allows the waiver of the legally established jurisdiction, the courts of Málaga are designated as the jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, with the User expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
